Production Needs
Equipment designed to produce finished rolls of up to 250 mm in diameter, with cores ranging from 14,5 mm to 32 mm in diameter.
Strengths
Semi-automatic equipment with great versatility, capable of rewinding self-adhesive material as well. It reaches speeds of 300 m/min and a production cycle of 120 cycles/h - 40m.
Other features
The cutting kieves are automatically adjusted and positioned.
Additionally, it features a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls.
The only task that would be performed manually by an operator is the insertion of the shafts and the machine initialization.
Optional
The equipment can be equipped with an in-line flexographic printing module using water-based inks, an automatic roll labeling system to apply labels to each reel.
End-of-line automation
Availability of automation systems for the end of the line, designed forpackaging and/or palletizing.
Final product
Our solution allows the production of finished rolls with a diameter ranging from 30 mm to 250 mm and a minimum width of 37 mm. Additionally, we offer the printing option to customize each roll with the customer's logo or any other design.
