Roll-to-Pallet Automation
Automatic Roll Extraction Station

Production Needs
The rolls are transferred from the rewinder to an accumulation conveyor with individual roll discharge. A robot picks up the rolls one at a time and places them at a station for external labeling, internal core labeling and inkjet marking. Once labeled, the robot automatically palletizes the rolls two at a time.
