It features an easy-to-handle structure for loading parent rolls. It reaches speeds of up to 150 envelopes per minute. It produces paper envelopes with a folded bottom, eliminating the need for a thick glued bottom. It is possible to include one or two strips of silicone paper to facilitate sealing and provide easy opening for the end user.

End-of-line automation
For a fully continuous process from start to finish, an automatic boxing and palletizing system can be integrated, which inserts the envelopes into boxes and palletizes them.

Final product
3-layer envelopes made entirely of paper, designed to guarantee the security of the contents once closed. The inner paper layer replaces the traditional plastic bubbles. In addition, they have a special closure that allows the envelope to be reused for returns.
