The machine is equipped with a high-capacity unwind that can handle rolls up to 1.200 in diameter.
It features a rotary die-cutting unit for precise cutting with quick adjustments, and a flexographic printing unit that offers an in-line printing system using water-based inks.
The turner shaft, which can be either movable or fixed, is air-assisted for efficient web turning. It also includes longitudinal cutting with options for scissors or guillotine-type blades, complete with automatic knife adjustments for time savings.
Rewinding is performed with the GTU turret for efficient job completion.

Using a special system of rollers with anti-adherent belt path, it allows operation without liner.
It can include an advanced inspection and mapping system to ensure the quality of each roll, automatically discarding those with defects.
