The system is also ready for the production of smart labels in two passes. In the first pass, it inserts the RFID label onto the backing, while in the second pass, it places the front label over the RFID.

The machine is fully servomotor-driven. It includes an automatic label insertion system with registration, using gap detection and printed mark reading. This ensures precise alignment and high-quality finishing.
