Production Needs
Equipment designed to produce finished rolls of up to 265 mm in diameter and core diameters ranging from 14.5 to 58 mm. Its great versatility allows for the rewinding of self-adhesive materials, adapting to various production needs.
Strengths
Equipment designed to ensure unmatched production efficiency for customers with high production demands. It reaches operating speeds of up to 700 m/min and high acceleration, enabling it to achieve 200 cycles/h – 40m.
Other features
The core loader and positioning are carried out automatically, as well as the adjustment and placement of the cutting knives. The insertion of the shafts and machine start-up are fully automated, making operation easy from the outset.
Additionally, it features a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls. All of this ensures faster, more precise, and uninterrupted production.
Optional
The equipment can be equipped with an in-line flexographic printing module using water-based inks, an automatic roll labeling system to apply labels to each reel.
