Production Needs
A roll-to-roll converting machine designed to meet the most demanding requirements of the industry. With the capacity to process materials up to 2.350 mm in width, this solution allows for the production of finished rolls with a width of 2.300 mm and a diameter of 1.500 mm.

The process is carried out on independently driven presses and can reach speeds of up to 800 m/min.
Other features
The system features an unwinder without a shaft, equipped with an AC motor for precise control, friction shafts, and an automatic knife positioning system, allowing cuts as narrow as 50 mm using rotary knieves.
It also includes automatic cutting at the end of the roll and an automatic hydraulic arm to simplify material handling. The labeling for roll closure is done manually, ensuring an efficient and controlled process.
Final product
Production of flexible material rolls with finished product widths ranging from 600 to 2.300 mm and finished roll diameters between 400 and 1.500 mm.
