Automation for Packing Parchment Paper Sheets
Production Needs
This machine is designed for the automatic packaging of parchment paper sheets in cardboard cartons using a wraparound system. The flat carton blank is positioned beneath the product and then formed around the stack of sheets. The side and top flaps are closed and sealed with hot-melt adhesive.
The machine collates and stacks the sheets until the programmed quantity is reached. The completed stack is then inserted into the formed carton. Finally, the carton is transferred onto the main conveyor, which operates with intermittent motion.
