Production Needs
Equipment designed to produce finished rolls of up to 350 mm in diameter, with cores ranging from 14.5 mm to 85 mm in diameter.
Strengths
The SKR 200 equipment allows the production of large diameter rolls. A productive machine that reaches speeds of 500 m/min and 80 cycles/h - 100m.

Other features
It features an automatic mandrel loader.
The cutting knieves are automatically adjusted and positioned.
Additionally, it includes a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls.
The only task that would be performed manually by an operator is the insertion of the shafts and the machine initialization.
Optional
Optionally, a flexographic inline printing module can be added, using water-based inks. With dual flexo, it allows printing a black mark both on the inside and outside of the finished product.
Additionally, it can include a pattern counter with preset selection to stop the machine after a set number of tickets. The stop position control ensures that the final cross-cut is made with a precision of ±1,5 mm over the black mark.
Finally, the automatic roll labeling system further optimizes the production process.

Final product
We offer finished rolls with a diameter ranging from 45 mm to 350 mm and a minimum width of 37 mm. Additionally, we provide the customization option through printing, allowing the inclusion of your logo or any other design to create unique and tailored products.
