A fully automated, servo-driven 4-spindle system, equipped with closed-loop tension control and capable of handling a wide range of substrates.
Its automatic adjustment with storage optimizes production changes, while the precise, touchscreen-adjustable cutting system ensures perfect results. Additionally, the automatic core loading and positioning system, along with the automatic roll labeling, guarantees a smooth and uninterrupted process.
Using a special system of rollers with anti-adherent belt path, it allows operation without support.

End-of-line automation
It is possible to integrate the UltraCompact automated end-of-line system for roll finishing and boxing, enabling efficient management of the entire process, from production to final palletising.
Final product
The GTU and GTU HD models allow the production of rolls with finished roll diameters ranging from 150 to 400 mm for the GTU and up to 500 mm for the GTU HD, with a minimum width of 30 mm.
