Production Needs
Equipment designed to produce finished rolls without core with a minimum inner diameter of 6.5 mm, or, in the case of production with core, a diameter ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm. Cores vary between 8 mm and 18 mm in diameter.
Strengths
Designed for the production of mandrel-less rolls with a reduced internal roll diameter. It reaches speeds of 300 m/min and a production cycle of 140 cycles/h - 10m.
Other features
The cutting knives are automatically adjusted and positioned.
Additionally, it features a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls.
The only task that would be performed manually by an operator is the insertion of the shafts and the machine initialization.
Optional
A flexographic inline printing module can be added, using water-based inks.
An automatic end mark system of the flexo type to print the final mark on the inside of the finished product.
A machine stop position control to ensure the final cross-cut occurs over the black mark. Cutting precision tolerance of ± 1,5 mm.
And an automatic roll labeling system.
Final product
Produces finished rolls with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm and a minimum width of 25 mm, with the option for printing, allowing the addition of logos or any other information.
