Production Needs
Manufacturing of double-layer envelopes with fluting, designed to ensure the protection of the product inside. They feature creases for a false square bottom, giving them an appearance similar to a box. The servo-driven equipment allows the production of envelopes in various sizes.

Strengths
Continuous roll-to-pallet process.
Servo-driven equipment focused on maximizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), delivering superior, precise, and consistent performance.
User-friendly equipment, designed for easy operation with quick and simple job changes and adjustments.

160 envelopes per minute or 394 fpm

Other features
The equipment guarantees an uninterrupted process, from the roll to the pallet, with a speed of up to 160 envelopes per minute or 120 meters per minute.
It includes a non-stop unwinder with automatic double-layer splicing, an in-line corrugator for converting corrugated paper, and an in-line converter where envelopes are shaped and sized.
The paper envelopes feature a folded bottom without a thick glued bottom and include slits to create a square false bottom. They are designed without side gussets and consist of two layers: an outer and an inner flute layer. In addition, they can incorporate one or two strips of siliconized paper for easy opening.

Optional
It includes a 2-color inline flexographic printer, allowing for envelope customization.

End-of-line automation
For a fully continuous process, an automatic end-of-line system can be incorporated, which inserts the envelopes into boxes and palletizes them.

Final product
Paper envelopes specifically designed to prevent tampering with the contents once sealed. They feature a special closure that allows the product to be returned using the same envelope. This replaces cardboard shipping boxes. The equipment can produce a full range of envelope sizes.
