Production Needs
A fully automatic wide-web solution designed with all the essential features to ensure efficient cutting and rewinding of linerless labels. It is designed to produce finished rolls with a maximum diameter of up to 10.4" and core diameters ranging from 0.57" to 2.28". Essential for streamlining production, with a speed of up to 2296 fpm.

A machine designed to guarantee unmatched production efficiency for customers with high production demands. It reaches operating speeds of up to 2,296 fpm and features high acceleration, allowing for 200 cycles per hour – 131 ft.
Other features
The core loader and positioning are carried out automatically, as well as the adjustment and placement of the cutting knives. The insertion of the shafts and machine start-up are fully automated, making operation easy from the outset.
Additionally, it features a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls. All of this ensures faster, more precise, and uninterrupted production.
Optional
In addition, we have a basic semi-automatic model for the production of unsupported labels, the BSA. This model is designed to offer an economical and flexible solution for label production, with a level of automation suitable for lower volume tasks or the need for manual intervention.

End-of-line automation
It is possible to integrate an automated end-of-line system for the finishing and case packing of the rolls, allowing an efficient management of the entire process, from production to final palletizing.
