Rewinding system based on axial tension and a 4 shafts vertical turret for an automatic cycle.
This process is capable of reaching speeds of up to 1,968 fpm.
Other features
The system features an unwinder without a shaft, equipped with an AC motor for precise control.
Friction rewindering shafts ensure uniform material tension. The automatic knife positioning optimizes the cut setup, allowing cuts as narrow as 1.18" using rotary knieves or guillotine-type knieves. A laser helps precisely position the cores.
It also includes automatic cutting at the end of the roll, an automatic splicing system and a hanger-type roll unloading system.

The Twin Roll allows the production of flexible material rolls with diameters up to 23.62" and a maximum width of 39.37".
