Production Needs
Designed for the rewinding of silicone-coated paper. Its system of transverse blades and servo-driven fingers enables the production of sheet rolls without the need for a core, ensuring perfect winding in each cycle.

The non-stop rewinder stands out for being 100% modular. It has the capability to store multiple jobs on the control screen, allowing for automatic adjustment of rewinding head parameters for each configuration. Its servomotor system enables quick job changes, optimizing setup times and improving operational efficiency..
Other features
Coreless unwinder for easy handling and equipped with a brake.
It includes a longitudinal cutting system that allows up to 2 rolls per cycle. Additionally, it features a finger system for processing sheet rolls, enabling the rewinding of up to 40 sheets of 16.5" length into a single roll.
The machine incorporates a banderolling system to seal the rolls with a band before packaging, with the option for double or triple banderolling.
Optional
Optionally, an in-line flexographic printing system, a cold embossing system equipped with steel rollers can be included.
End-of-line automation
An automated end-of-line system for roll boxing can be integrated.
Final product
Continuous or sheet baking paper rolls, with the possibility of embossing.
