Production Needs
Equipment designed to produce finished rolls without core with a minimum inner diameter of 6,5 mm, or, in the case of production with core, a diameter ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm. Cores vary between 8 mm and 18 mm in diameter.
Strengths
Perfect equipment for the production of small diameter rolls with or without core. It reaches production speeds up to 300 m/min and a production cycle of 170 cycles/h-10m.
Other features
The core loader and positioning are carried out automatically, as well as the adjustment and placement of the cutting knives.
The insertion of the shafts and machine start-up are fully automated, making operation easy from the outset.
Additionally, it features a programmable end marker, automatic gluing with a reservoir and gun, and concludes with the automatic extraction of the finished rolls.
Optional
The equipment can be equipped with an in-line flexographic printing module using water-based inks, an automatic roll labeling system to apply labels to each reel.
End-of-line automation
Availability of automation systems for the end of the line, designed for packaging and/or palletizing.
Final product
We manufacture custom rolls with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm and a minimum width of 25 mm. Personalize each roll by printing your logo or any other design. Available with or without a core.
