The LI220 is designed to precisely insert RFID labels between the liner and the front label, without altering the visual design. Its modular design allows for the addition of modules such as laminating and die-cutting, enabling the production of Hangtag labels and RFID verification.

The touchscreen interface makes it user-friendly and functional. The machine inserts RFIDs precisely between the front label and the liner in a single pass. It also has the option to operate as a LI 220.
Other features
The machine is fully servomotor-driven. It includes an automatic label registration insertion system, using gap detection and printed mark reading. This ensures precise alignment and high-quality finishing.
LemuGroup has developed a Delam-Relam system that allows for the opening of the backing and front label to enable the precise insertion of labels.
Optional
Head placements for variable data insertion are included.
Additionally, laminating, die-cutting, and die-form extraction modules can be added for the production of Hangtag labels.
To ensure the labels meet the highest quality standards, the system includes advanced RFID verification and marking functions, with inkjet printing to mark labels with defective RFIDs.
